In this 2-day program we teach managers to think about recruitment differently in today's difficult situation on the labor market. They learn how to use advanced techniques for dealing with the candidates at subconscious level, are able to conduct interviews according to the latest findings of neuroscience, learn to understand hidden meanings, read non-verbal signals and engage all senses in the perception of the candidate´s personality. They get maximum information out of a minimum amount of time and are able to make quick and quality decision about the candidate´s fit.
